Orders will normally be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

If your special occasion necessitates NEXT DAY DELIVERY please contact us via email or phone Customer Care 860-849-1066. If you place the order Monday - Friday before 3pm and you call us, we will do our best to ship the same day that you place your order.

Small Packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Larger packages ( roses and Giving with Style Gift Baskets) are shipped via the United Postal Service or Federal Express. You may choose to have your package shipped with the following urgency:

Priority Mail (delivery in 2-3 business days) or
Express Mail (delivery in 1-2 days with signature required at the time of delivery) If you prefer, the signature requirement may be waived at Check Out.

Communication - A Loving Heart Shipment Notification email will be sent to each customer on the day of shipment. It will provide the delivery confirmation tracking number. To determine if your order has been delivered to the "ship to" address, on your Shipment Notification email you will recieve a tracking number and carrier information.

Charges for shipping and handling are combined. The cost for shipping and handling will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the number of items ordered, the value of the purchase before taxes and the priority level selected. The calculations are based on the following:

First item S & H is 9.00 plus 1% of total purchase price plus 4.00 for each additional item purchased as follows:
- Example One: 2 items purchased for 80.00 Shipping will be 9.00 (base price Priority Mail with delivery confirmation) plus .80(1% value) plus 4.00 (second item) resulting in 13.80 Total Shipping & Handling
- Example Two: 1 item valued at 525.00 Shipping will be 9.00(base price Priority Mail with delivery confirmation) plus 5.25 (1% of value) resulting in 14.25 Total Shipping & Handling

Shipping Outside of the United States

Shipping Outside of the United States - If a customer is using a credit card with a statement billing address located within the United States of America and if that card has been issued by a US bank and this customer wishes to ship the gift item to another country, that customer should email customercare@lovingheartcollection.com or phone 919-274-2395 indicating a desire to place an order to ship outside of the United States. International Shipping charges start at 35.00 USD. Any additional charges incurred due to customs, etc will be the sole responsibility of the gift recipient at delivered or picked up of the package.

Shipping to Military Personnel

Enter the service member’s full name and position in the first, last and middle name in the data fields on the ship to address form
Include the unit and APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) address with the nine-digit ZIP Code™
Select the appropriate military designation from the state menu (AA, AE and AP)
Choose "United States" from the country menu

International Orders

The "International Checkout" option is available for our customers wishing to place an order with a credit card issued from a non-U.S. bank. Your order can now be shipped to anywhere in the world!

Loving Heart LLC has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfuill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Bag and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout's website for secure processing. There you will select your preferred shipper, destination and currency. All charges will be calculated automatically for your review and acceptance. Payment may be by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing and shipping, and will provide excellent customer service throughout the process. All information is submitted by International Checkout thru their secure server which utilitzes 128 bit SSL certificates. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at cs@internationalcheckout.com.
